4 Simple techniques to relieve lower back pain

bethtuttle Uncategorized

Statistics show that back pain will affect 8 out of 10 Americans!

Many of you may not know that I worked as a medical transcriptionist for a pain clinic for 15 years. Do you want to know what the biggest pain complaint was?

YEP, back pain!

Here’s the kicker though, most people did not sustain long term relief even after several injections. I am not a doctor and by no means am I saying that seeking medical help for your back is wrong, or will not work, but I do believe that you can play a big part in the health of your back by working with your body’s energy.

In this video I walk you through 4 ways you can help relieve back pain and build stronger lower back muscles.

Most of you who have been following me regularly are probably aware of the fact that I am a certified EFT practitioner. With EFT you tap on certain meridian points (acupuncture points) that allows your body to process emotions that get stuck in your body’s energy system.

What does that have to do with back pain? A lot!

Whenever your energy system becomes blocked, there is pain or some form of discomfort physically or emotionally. It is your body’s way of talking to you. Getting your attention. Letting you know that you need to recognize what it is you are feeling, be present, let the emotions flow through you. You are meant to experience an emotion and then just let it go. Most of us have a tendency to hang onto emotions of anger, sadness, shame, disappointment, etc., and when we do that, our energy system becomes stuck, and we start experiencing pain or some discomfort in our body.

What is your back pain trying to tell YOU?

If you are not familiar with EFT you can click on the tab at the top of my website that says EFT and learn more about it. It is a tool that I use daily. It is another tool you can use to move pain out of your body.

I am going to encourage you to give the 4 techniques I taught you a try and see how your back pain shifts over the next few weeks. I would also encourage you to tap throughout the day because it is a great way to keep the energy flowing freely in your body.

What are some things you have tried to relieve back pain? I would love for you to share your insight!

With Love and Gratitude,

Beth
