Easy way to eliminate neck and shoulder tension, pain and stiffness!

Do you sit at a desk all day? Do you find yourself battling constant neck and shoulder tension, pain and stiffness? 

So how does our work place contribute to the pain and tension we carry in our upper body?

  • Maintaining awkward posture
  • Resting your wrist on hard desk while you type
  • Repetitive use of computer mouse
  • Working with arms above shoulder level
  • Vibration caused by driving a lot for job especially on rough roads
  • Sitting for too long weakens muscles 

If you do have a job where you are sitting a lot, make sure you pay attention to your posture at your desk. 

  • Have your feet planted firmly on floor
  • Have a good chair with back support
  • Make sure your elbows are supported and close to body
  • Your hands and wrists should be aligned with forearms and shoulders relaxed
