What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It is also know as Tapping. I has proven to provide remarkable results and relief from emotional problems, chronic pain, phobias, addictions, physical disease and illness, PTSD, weight issues and performance issues.

EFT works on the assumption that no matter what part of your life needs healing or improvement, there are always unresolved emotional issues in the way. All negative emotions are felt through a disruption of the body’s energy. EFT works by approaching the body as a whole. It is like acupuncture without the needles. It restores balance to the body’s energy system by using your fingers to tap on meridian points on the body.

Using the basic EFT technique you would focus on the negative emotion currently bothering you, a fear, anxiety, bad memory, trauma, unresolved problem, pain or anything that is causing a disruption in your body. 

While keeping your mental focus on this issue, you use your fingertips to tap on different meridian points located on your face and upper body. By doing this you are accessing your body’s energy and restoring balance.
