Got Pain? Try this simple technique!

I have no doubt at one time or another you have experienced some form of physical pain. What do you ? Grab some kind of over the counter pain meds? 

Next time you are experiencing pain anywhere in your body, instead of reaching for medications or running to the doctor, give this technique a try.

I am sure after watching my video it sounds kind of “crazy”, and you may feel a little awkward doing it, but what have you got to lose? Your body is equipped to heal from the inside out. Once you start learning how to work with your body’s energy, you will begin to realize how much power you really have over your own health. 

This technique uses a combination of tapping, eye movement, humming and deep breathing. All of these things have been researched and documented as different forms of healing modalities. 

Our body’s have an innate ability to heal if given the right techniques. I have a toolbox of techniques I use. I understand each person is unique and what works for one, may not for another. Try this one out. If you have no luck, search my website and keep experimenting until you find out what works for you!
