I am often asked what I do for my daily energy routine. I am excited to share my morning energy exercise routine with you breaking it down in easy to follow steps.

The exercise I am going to teach you today will help you reset your nervous system and allow your brain to communicate using crossover patterns. Your body’s energy moves in patterns, many of which crossover.

This simple exercise will help you improve your coordination, speed healing throughout your body and boost your energy! It can also help you to think more clearly.
