Learn how to balance your Thyroid using acupressure points!

Did you know that your thyroid stores and produces hormones that affect the function of virtually every organ in your body?

It regulates vital body functions such as:

  • Body temperature
  • Muscle strength
  • Breathing
  • Heart rate
  • Menstrual cycles
  • Body Weight 
  • Nervous system

And much more! 

It is located in your throat area and is shaped somewhat like a butterfly. 

When your thyroid is out of balance it can cause issues with your weight, fatigue, foggy thinking,  anxiety, hair loss, skin issues, depression, the feeling of being overwhelmed and that is just to name a few!

This certainly is not a quick fix when it comes to your thyroid. If you are having issues with maintaining a healthy balanced thyroid I am going to encourage you to do these simple acupressure points 2-4 times a day for 30 days. If it has been out of balance for awhile it will take some time for you to notice the difference. 

Be persistent and even if you do not currently suffer with thyroid issues, which I do not either, I would still encourage you to do these on a regular basis as a way to keep your thyroid healthy and strong. 

Remember, it literally communicates with every organ in your body so it would be wise to keep it functioning optimally!
