Holding your neurovascular points relieves stress and anxiety. Once we begin to stress 80% of the blood leaves our forebrain and goes to other parts of our body including our limbs so we are prepared for fight or flight.

By placing your the palms of your hands on your forehead you are using the electromagnetic energy in your hand to pull blood back into the frontal lobes of your brain, taking it from the more primal area that is activated when you are stressed and overwhelmed.

Holding your hand on the back of your head sedates the fear points. Hold the points for a few minutes until you begin to think more clearly. This is an easy exercise to shift you out of the stress response.
