Whenever your body’s energy system becomes blocked you set yourself up for disease and illness. Eastern medicine believes that by keeping your body’s energy system balanced, you will be happy and healthy! 

I have taught you many ways to tap into your body’s natural healing ability on my website. Today I want to share another simple technique that will allow you to relax within minutes.

I mentioned in my video that this technique comes from an Eastern Philosophy called Jin Shin Jyutsu. It was rediscovered by a man named Jiro Murai in Japan at the beginning of the last century. It was brought to the West by Mary Brumeister who was personally taught by Jiro Murai. 

Most of the Jin Shin Jyutsu practices involve using your hands and breath. This philosophy believes that you can use your hands like jumper cables to balance your body’s energy. 

There are endless ways and practices that allow you to work with your body’s energy system, and my wish for you, is to find a few that work for you, and practice them daily!
