Stress has an immediate impact on every system in your body. Most people have no clue how to manage stress or that it is even possible!

I feel like the majority of people think they will unwind on the weekend or during their next vacation. The problem with that way of thinking is, it allows stress to become permanently hardwired into your brain. You begin to think it is a normal way of feeling.

It is possible to hack the stress response and reprogram your nervous system.

By training your nervous system to keep the blood in your forebrain, you will be more able to think clearly and cope more effectively, even with life’s never ending demands.

The simple technique I walked you through in my video does just that, it brings the blood flow back up to your brain and when that occurs, the stress easily dissolves.

Rewiring your brain this way helps to diminish the stress response allowing you to become far more resilient.

Remember, holding these neurovascular points can also help you release trapped emotions you are holding in your body from a past hurt.

Think of a memory that still bothers you. As you do this, place your fingers on the neurovascular points above your eyebrows and your thumbs on your temples. Really get in touch with how it made you feel. Take slow breathes while you hold the points for about 3-5 minutes.

You will feel your body begin to relax and once it does, you will be free from the memory’s emotional grip! It is that simple!
