Morning Exercise to Recharge Your Batteries!

Is it hard for you to get out of bed in the morning? Do your feel sluggish and foggy? 

I am going to walk you through a simple exercise that will help wake you up by recharging your batteries!

I am often asked what I do on a daily basis to keep my energy balanced, so for the next few weeks, I am going to introduce you to each one of the exercises I use in my morning energy exercise routine. 

Here is the first one! Follow along with me!

This simple exercise can:

  • Boost your immune system
  • Promote clear thinking
  • Help you metabolize food
  • Reduce toxins and stress 

These four points are very powerful and can help you keep your energy balanced. Remember, if one of the points is sore when you tap it, that means toxins have built up in that area and your energy is stuck so it needs some extra attention. Be sure to pay even more attention to the sore spot throughout the day and rub it or thump it,  until the soreness subsides. 

A lot of times these spots will be sore before you come down with a cold or the flu. It is kind of your body’s way of warning you, so you can boost your immune system by thumping on these four points and possibly prevent the sickness from happening! 

So much power in 4 thumps!
