I have been doing this energy exercise routine every morning for 7 years! I can tell you that it literally has been life changing. I honestly feel that this simple routine is the reason why I stay so healthy and happy. 

I have introduced it to many people over the years and for everyone who has added it into their routine,  they tell me it definitely makes them feel better, more focused, calm and balanced.
