It is a loving kindness meditation that you can find many places on the internet, but I think it originated in a book called The Mindful Path to Self Compassion.
Follow along with me in my video and you will find it is a simple way to bring love into your heart and compassion for yourself.
Meditation does not have to be a practice that takes you an hour a day in order to see the benefits. There are many studies revealing that just 5-10 minutes a day can change your brain, increase happiness, health and an overall well-being.
